This policy explains what Spec’d Studios Auto Styling (“we”) collects through specdstudios.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, phone number, vehicle details, the services you’re interested in, messages, and photos you upload (for example, a photo of your car or your logo in our visualizer).
- How you found us and used the site: the page you came from, campaign tags in the link, basic analytics (Google Analytics), and how our visualizer is used (which page, which services, which colors). That usage isn’t tied to your name unless you send a quote request.
How we use it
To prepare quotes, schedule and do the work, contact you about your project, send the emails you asked for, and improve our site and services.
Who helps us
We use service providers who process data for us: website hosting (Squarespace and Cloudflare), our customer database and file storage (Supabase), email (Google Workspace), payments (Square), analytics (Google Analytics), and Google’s image AI, which creates the visualizer previews from the car details and photos you provide. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Your choices
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Email contact@specdstudios.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for your project, our records and the law. Visualizer previews that don’t turn into a quote request are deleted after 30 days.
Children
The site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
