Marine Trade & Fleet Programmes

Standing work for dealers, marinas, charter operators and anyone with more than one boat.

Agreed rates, planned schedules and consistent output — so the boat in front of a customer never looks like the one that got skipped.

The work

What a Trade Programme Covers

The same services as a retail job, organised around a schedule instead of a phone call.

The difference is predictability: known rates, known turnaround, known standard.

01

Boat dealer programmes

Standing work for dealers: pre-delivery graphics, demo boats and trade-in recovery.

What it covers+

A dealer does not want a one-off quote every time a boat needs attention. Agreed rates, agreed turnaround, and one place that already knows how your boats are specified.

02

Trade-in recovery

Correction, polish and graphics removal on boats taken in part exchange.

What it covers+

A chalky trade-in with the last owner's name still on the transom sits on the lot. Corrected and cleaned off, it moves. This is the highest-return work we do for dealers.

03

Marina and yacht club accounts

A standing arrangement for the boats kept at one facility.

What it covers+

Instead of every owner finding their own shop, the marina has one. We come to you on a schedule, which makes the logistics far cheaper for everyone involved.

04

Charter and tour fleet branding

Consistent identity across a fleet that carries paying passengers.

What it covers+

Charter boats are advertising whether you treat them that way or not. A fleet that looks like a fleet reads as a real operation, and that shows up in bookings.

05

Fleet refresh cycles

Planned re-graphics rather than replacing film when it has already failed.

What it covers+

Film that is left until it is visibly failing is harder and more expensive to remove. A planned cycle costs less and never has a tired-looking boat out in front of a customer.

06

Boat show preparation

Getting a boat to show standard on a deadline.

What it covers+

Correction, polish, graphics and a final detail, scheduled backwards from the show date. Shows do not move, so we plan against the date rather than the queue.

The accounts

Who This Is For

Four kinds of operation, with genuinely different needs.

Tell us which one you are and the conversation gets much shorter.

Boat dealers

New boat prep, demo graphics and trade-in recovery.

What you get+

Your problem is throughput and a lot that photographs well. Ours is turning boats around without becoming the bottleneck.

Marinas and yacht clubs

One shop for the boats kept at your facility.

What you get+

Your members get a vetted option and you get an amenity that costs you nothing to offer. We come to the facility on a schedule.

Charter and tour operators

Fleet-wide branding that stays consistent as boats join and leave.

What you get+

Artwork held on file means boat six matches boat one two years later, which is the whole point of a fleet identity.

Multi-boat owners

More than one boat, one point of contact.

What you get+

Everything on the same cycle, quoted together, so nothing gets forgotten until it is expensive.

Before you commit

Straight Talk

Things we would rather say up front than after you have paid a deposit.

The first one is the most important thing on this page.

We are an automotive shop moving into marine

Say it plainly: we built our reputation on cars, not boats.

What to know+

The films, the tools and the install skill transfer directly — a compound curve is a compound curve. What we do not have is years of marine-specific history, and we will not pretend otherwise. If you want a shop with a decade of hulls behind it, that is fair. If you want a very good film shop applying the same standard to your boat, that is what this is.

We stay above the waterline

No antifouling, no bottom paint, no running gear.

What to know+

That is a separate trade with its own products and haul-out requirements. If your boat needs bottom work, have a yard do it first and bring it to us after.

Fleet pricing needs a real look first

We will not quote a fleet rate off a spreadsheet of lengths.

What to know+

Boats in the same class can be in wildly different condition, and condition is most of the labour. We look at a representative sample before we commit to a rate, so the number we give you is one we can actually hold.

Getting started

How It Runs

Nothing gets quoted off a photograph.

Condition and access vary enormously between boats, and both move the number.

1

Tell us the scale

How many boats, what sizes, where they sit and what you need done.

2

We look at a sample

A representative few, so the rate we quote reflects real condition.

3

Programme and rates

Written, with turnaround and a schedule you can plan around.

4

Run the cycle

Scheduled work rather than reactive call-outs.

5

Review

What is working, what needs re-specifying, what to bring forward.

Bay Area and beyond

We are in EaDo, about an hour from Kemah, Seabrook and Clear Lake and a straight run to Galveston. Tell us where the boat sits and we will say honestly whether a slip visit makes sense or whether trailering it in gives a better result.

Common questions

Marine Trade and Fleet Programmes FAQ

Do you offer fleet or trade rates?+

Yes, for standing work. A trade rate is for volume and predictability — it is not a discount we apply to a single boat that happens to belong to a dealer.

Can you come to our marina?+

For a lot of work, yes. Some jobs — particularly correction and coating — give a much better result with the boat out of the water, and we will tell you honestly which way makes sense rather than agreeing to whatever is most convenient.

How far do you travel?+

We are in EaDo. Kemah, Seabrook and Clear Lake are about an hour, and Galveston is a straight run. Further than that we will still talk, but travel has to make sense for the size of the job.

Do you hold our artwork on file?+

Yes. That is most of the value of a fleet programme — the boat you add in two years matches the ones you have now, without anyone rebuilding the layout from a photograph.

Are you a marine shop or an automotive shop?+

An automotive shop moving into marine, and we say so on every marine page. The film, the tools and the install skill transfer directly. Years of marine-specific history is the thing we do not have yet, and we would rather you hear that from us.
