The dealer problem

Inventory Sitting Is Inventory Losing

Every day a unit waits on recon is a day of floorplan cost with no gross attached.

And every unit that goes out with swirled paint, hazy headlights or curbed wheels is a unit that argues down on price. We fix both — fast turnaround, consistent finish, priced so it still pencils.

01

Turnaround that respects the clock

Most recon work goes out same day. Protection packages are scheduled in blocks so units are not stuck waiting on a bay.

02

One standard, every unit

The same installers, the same process, the same result — whether it is one flagship trade or twenty units off a fleet buy.

03

Volume pricing that pencils

Wholesale tiers by monthly unit count, so protection can be presented at a price your customer says yes to and you still hold margin.

04

We pick up and deliver

Your porters stay on your lot. We move the units to our EaDo shop and bring them back finished.

05

Your brand, not ours

No badges, no window stickers, no signage on the car unless you want it. Deliveries look like they came from your store.

What we run

Dealer Programs

Most stores start with one lane and add the others once the process is proven.

Everything is quoted per program, based on your unit mix and monthly volume.

The margin case

Protection as an F&I Product

Appearance protection is one of the few add-ons a customer can actually see and touch on the car in front of them.

That makes it an easier yes than most products in the box. Unlike an intangible, the value is obvious the first time a rock hits the hood.

Presented, not upsold

A paint protection package explains itself in one sentence. Customers who decline extended warranties will often take protection they can see.

Wholesale in, retail out

You buy at volume rate and present at your number. The spread is yours — we do not sell direct to your customer.

Fewer early complaints

Coated and filmed units come back cleaner and show fewer blemish conversations in the first ninety days.

Pre-load or present?

Both work. Some stores pre-load a protection package on select trim levels and build it into the unit. Others hold it for the F&I presentation and install after the sale — we can schedule post-delivery installs so the customer drops off at their convenience. We will walk through which fits your process on the first call.

Front-line ready

Reconditioning That Moves the Number

Three things drag a used unit's price down more than anything else in the walkaround, and all three are fixable in a day.

Swirled, dull paint

Paint correction pulls out wash marring and oxidation. It is the difference between a car that photographs flat and one that pops in the listing.

Hazy headlights

Yellowed lenses read as neglect and age a unit instantly. Restoration is fast and one of the highest-return items on the lot.

Curbed wheels

Rash is the first thing a buyer crouches down to check. Repair beats replacement on cost every time.

Photos sell the car before the customer does

Most buyers have decided how they feel about a unit before they ever walk the lot. Correction and headlight work done before the photo shoot is worth more than the same work done after, because it changes the listing that gets the click.

The upside

Why Add Protection to the Cars You Sell

Every unit on your lot is already going to sell. The question is what it sells for, and how fast.

Here is what adding protection actually does for the store — gross per unit, turn time, and the reason a buyer picks your listing over an identical one down the road.

01

Sell a premium package

Bundle PPF, ceramic and tint into one tiered offer — good, better, best.

Why it works+

It gives your F&I team something visual and tangible to walk a customer through, instead of one more intangible in the box.

02

Wholesale in, retail out

You buy at dealer volume rates and present at your number. The spread stays with the store.

Why it works+

We never sell direct to your customer and we never quote around you. Your retail number is yours to set.

03

Windshield PPF

The sleeper add-on most stores miss — and the easiest yes on the list.

Why it works+

A modern windshield with ADAS cameras is expensive to replace and needs recalibration on top. Windshield film is a small line item that protects a large one, and anyone who has paid for glass before understands it instantly.

04

Units photograph better

Corrected paint and clear headlights change the listing photos — and photos are where the buyer decides.

Why it works+

Better images mean more clicks on the same unit at the same price, before anyone has set foot on your lot.

05

Differentiate your inventory

When three stores list the same trim at the same mileage, protection is a real reason to buy yours.

Why it works+

Tint, chrome delete or a protection package makes your unit the one that stands out on a search results page full of the same car.

06

Fewer callbacks

Coated and filmed cars come back cleaner and generate fewer early paint complaints.

Why it works+

In the critical first ninety days that protects your CSI scores as well as your service drive's time.

07

Volume pricing that scales

Rates step down as your monthly unit count goes up.

Why it works+

A store sending steady numbers pays meaningfully less per car than a one-off job — which is what makes presenting protection at a competitive retail price possible in the first place.

08

Attach rate lifts the deal

Protection bundles. A yes on film is often a yes on tint and coating too.

Why it works+

The add turns into a package rather than a single line, inside the same conversation, with no extra presentation time.

Start where the margin is easiest

Most stores we work with begin with a protection package on new and certified units, then add recon once they see turnaround. If you only try one thing, make it windshield film → on your higher-trim inventory — lowest cost to present, easiest story to tell.

Getting started

How the Account Works

1

Walk the lot

We come to you, look at your mix and your current recon flow, and find where we actually help.

2

Rate card

You get written volume pricing by service and unit class. No per-job guessing.

3

Pilot batch

Start with a handful of units so your team sees turnaround and finish before committing volume.

4

Standing schedule

Once it works, we lock recurring pickup days and you just tell us what is going.

Not a Houston store?

We travel. Multi-location groups and out-of-market dealers are welcome — we have run work well outside Houston. Tell us where you are and what the volume looks like.

Dealer questions

Dealership FAQ

Do you offer wholesale or volume pricing?+

Yes. Dealer pricing is tiered by monthly unit count and quoted per program rather than per car, so you know your cost before you present anything. The more consistent the volume, the better the rate.

Can you work under our dealership's brand?+

Yes. No badging, no stickers, no signage on the vehicle unless you ask for it. As far as your customer is concerned the work came from your store.

Do you pick up from our lot?+

Yes. We arrange pickup and return so your porters and salespeople stay where they are. For standing accounts we set recurring days.

How fast is turnaround on recon?+

Most correction, headlight and wheel work goes out same day. PPF and ceramic take longer because of install and cure time, which is why we schedule those in blocks rather than one-off.

Can protection be installed after the sale?+

Yes, and a lot of stores prefer it. Sell it in the box, then the customer schedules a drop-off with us directly at their convenience. The unit delivers on time and the work still happens.

Will you handle one-off units, not just volume?+

Of course. Plenty of accounts start with a single flagship trade or a showroom car. Volume pricing kicks in when volume does — there is no minimum to work with us.

Do you work with multi-store groups?+

Yes. One rate card, one point of contact and consistent standards across every rooftop, so a unit finished for one store looks identical to a unit finished for another.
